Return Policy

 Refund& Exchange Policy



Our company only offers returns ( no exchanges ) to simplify and expedite obtaining suitable products.


-Return Procedure


  1. If the purchase made does not meet your expectations, you can return that item within  7 days  of delivery

  2. To start a return, you can message the official customer service on Facebook with the order name, phone number, and the items you wish to return.

  3. After confirmation by customer service, you'll receive return instructions. Please arrange to ship the original item back within the specified period (you'll be responsible for shipping fees).

  • The seven-day inspection period starts the day after the item is signed for.
     Please ensure the product remains in its new condition.

  • the day after signing is considered the first day of inspection period, regardless of the recipient (buyer, administrator, family member, etc.). Please take note of these details.


-Return Items

  1.  To be eligible for a return, the return item must be in the same condition that you received , unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. 

  2. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like intimate apparel (underwear, bras, Nubra, etc.)

  3. If there are two instances of unjustified abuse or deliberate violations of the ordering and return regulations, the company reserves the right to blacklist your account.


-Refund Method


  • Store Credits (can be redeemed at any time without time or monetary constraints)

  • The refund will be returned to your account as store credit within 5-7 business days.

  • If after the return applied, the origin order didn't meet the free delivery fee,we will deduct the delivery fee ($70/home delivery and convenient store,$130/ cash on delivery)

  • Suppose the quantity of items eligible for the promotional offer is not maintained after exchanging bundled items. In that case, the retained products will revert to their original price for calculation purposes. Any price difference will be directly deducted from the refund amount.



    If the conditions for exchange mentioned above are not meet, exchange requests will not be processed. Please be mindful to avoid affecting your rights for exchange.






-Received a defective product?

為保障雙方權益及避免爭議,請您在開箱過程中務必全程錄影,以確保商品是否遺漏。


缺件、不明顯之瑕疵類,皆以「完整錄影檔」為依據,(從外送箱未開封的完整狀態開始拍攝才是完整錄影檔),快轉或有剪輯痕跡等不在受理範圍



Instruction


  1. Please take photos of the suspected defective items and direct message our official Facebook customer service or send a message via the official website order inquiry.

  2. Include the order number, purchaser's name, and phone number in the message.

  3. Once the customer service verifies, they will contact you for further processing. Please keep an eye on your messages for notifications

  4. Defective items can only be exchanged for the same product. It will follow the return process if you wish to exchange for a different item for personal reasons.

  5. Upon confirmation of the defect, a logistics team will be dispatched to exchange the item for a new one.

      Return logistics: When the logistics personnel arrive, they will collect the defective item and replace it with a new one.)



Non-Defective Factors



  • Loose threads, unopened buttonholes, slight surface scratches on buttons, minor stitching issues, tiny stains, 1-2 cm size variation, color differences in photos, new product smell, minor traces that can be removed by washing, material not meeting expectations, etc.

  • Hand-sewn buttons may have a bit of weight; if there's slight loosening after washing or wearing, a little extra sewing can reinforce them.

  • Printed items may have uneven printing or tiny spots where the print may come off (less than 0.5 square centimeters).

  • New items might carry the smell of the fabric or dyes used or have surface dust; airing them out or washing them can resolve this.

  • All the above fall within the acceptable range according to international quality inspection standards and are not considered defects.




Non-Returnable Items



Products that cannot be returned include:


  1. Items that received/purchased beyond the 7-day inspection period.
  2. Intimate apparel (underwear, bras, Nubra, etc.) and accessories (earrings, hair accessories, necklaces, etc.).
  3. Incomplete product accessories, tags removed, or products that have been washed.
  4. Shoes with worn or dirty soles.
  5. Presence of non-product odors (perfume, smoke, body odor, etc.)
  6. Clothes bearing makeup stains, apparent signs of wear, and usage-related dirt.
